Kenshinkan’s Skip-Fit classes are a new take on fitness training, using the old school playground favourite of SKIPPING!
Skipping - as well as being tremendous fun, of course - is listed by the NHS as one of the best exercises you can do for overall fitness, and it can burn up to an incredible 900 calories per hour!
Elements of fitness that can be improved by Skip-Fit include:
· Stamina
· Balance
· Strength
· Muscle Tone
· Core Strength
· Co-ordination
· Flexibility
It can also help to lower resting pulse rate and blood pressure!
